When you join one of our clinics across the network, you’ll receive unparalleled mentoring and formal training, establishing an excellent foundation for your career.

At VetPartners, we support graduates through structured training, supportive clinic environments, informal and formal on-the-job learning, and conduct regular check-ins with mentors. Plus, we equip you with essential tools and techniques to navigate everyday clinic life, including resilience training, consultation techniques, and client relationship-building skills.

Tailored for veterinary graduates, our program is designed to provide you with the clinical  knowledge and training necessary to achieve your career aspirations. Over 24 months, you’ll combine hands-on clinic experience with formal training opportunities, while receiving dedicated support from mentors committed to your development.

On top of a competitive salary and benefits, you’ll deepen your knowledge through structured learning. As part of the VetPartners Graduate Academy, you’ll receive guidance and constructive feedback from a team made up of a graduate manager, veterinary manager and immediate in-clinic supervisor.

Our Veterinary Training Centre (VTC) is available online and will record your continued professional development. Via the VTC you will also have access to on demand webinars, pre-learning resources to prepare for workshops and more!
