At VetPartners, we support graduates through structured training, supportive clinic environments, informal and formal on-the-job learning, and conduct regular check-ins with mentors. Plus, we equip you with essential tools and techniques to navigate everyday clinic life, including resilience training, consultation techniques, and client relationship-building skills.

Tailored for veterinary graduates, our program is designed to provide you with the clinical  knowledge and training necessary to achieve your career aspirations. Over 18 months, you’ll combine hands-on clinic experience with formal training opportunities, while receiving dedicated support from mentors committed to your development.

Our VetSuccess platform, tailored for new and recent graduates, supports your first year of employment with self-assessment and mentorship. The platform facilitates regular, collaborative, and constructive discussions with a clinical supervisor within a supportive environment. It also includes a Professional Development Log for goal-setting and tracking CPD activities.
