This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations by managing schedules, coordinating travel and events, providing administrative support, and collaborating with various departments.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the operations diary for regular meetings and reviews.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate events and meetings, including booking venues and preparing rooms.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Input data, maintain databases, and keep records up-to-date.
  • Assist with documentation processes, including document control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Serve as a point of contact for various operational activities.
  • Manage and control documents for accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval.
