If you are an experienced vet nurse looking for an exciting role with a mix of nursing and reception this is the perfect role for you!

We have an opportunity for a confident and passionate nurse to join our team. We are particularly interested in candidates who are experienced in surgery, nurse consulting and building rapport with our wonderful clients.

About the clinic

We are a small and close-knit team that values strong work ethic, adaptability and a good sense of humour. With our dedication to patient care, we work very hard to achieve great outcomes for our patients while enjoying a happy and supportive team environment.

We have lovely, loyal clients and welcome nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and their beloved pets.

We also have a full-time dedicated Receptionist to handle front-desk and administration duties so you can focus on patient care and clinical duties!

About The Role

  • Permanent part-time, 20-30 hours per week

  • Flexible shifts – our manager prioritises work/life balance when creating the roster

  • Rotating roster across our opening hours, with 1/3 Saturday shifts (but we close at 1pm on Saturdays!)

  • Opening hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Closed Sundays and Public Holidays. Getting out on time is a priority for us!

About You

  • Cert IV Veterinary Nursing, with 1-2 years surgical experience

  • A genuine, warm and collaborative style that values a happy workplace

  • Reliable with a strong team and work ethic

  • Ability to work efficiently, and both independently and as part of the team when the situation requires
