We’re seeking a dynamic team member to join our vibrant team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support our clinics by recruiting veterinarians across Victoria and Tasmania, fostering strong relationships with our vet talent pool, and delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead TA Business Partner and clinics to strategically source and place vets for immediate and future needs
  • Engage in headhunting via LinkedIn Projects and Candidate Outreach
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for veterinarian hires, optimising our ATS platform
  • Network and build relationships with veterinarians across Victoria and Tasmania
  • Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and industry events
  • Enhance engagement and retention of vets within the business
  • Contribute to business growth by improving and optimising systems and processes

Skills, Attributes, and Experience:Essential:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

  • Strategic planner with strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

Desirable:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Health, medical, or veterinary industry experience is advantageous but not essential
