We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Improvement Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, defining, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and output. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, process improvement, and project management. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational output.
  • Develop and deploy an operations toolkit (SME Roster Support Tool, COW, price increases, recall enhancement, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed process and policy documentation.
  • Manage and deliver projects related to operational improvements.
  • Work with various departments to ensure process improvements are aligned and integrated.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in using office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or similar
  • Additional certifications in project management or process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and successful integration within high-change environments.
