This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in L&D within a professional environment.In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support to the L&D department, helping us deliver exceptional shared services to our veterinary clinics.Key Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Development team with administrative tasks, including scheduling training sessions, managing learning management systems (LMS), and coordinating training materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing exceptional customer service and support in relation to learning and development queries.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on employee training progress and development needs.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
- A recent graduate or someone looking to transition into a career in L&D.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
