Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with clinic teams, communicating the vision, benefits, and impacts of the changes.
- Provide reassurance and support throughout the transition period.
- Expert on New Processes
- Serve as the go-to authority on new systems, workflows, and processes.
- Triage and troubleshoot basic issues as they arise.
- Training Support
- Help develop and deliver effective training sessions and workshops.
- Ensure clinic staff are equipped to confidently adopt new tools and processes.
- Documentation and Materials
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of training guides, FAQs, and other key materials.
- Escalation Management
- Coordinate the escalation of complex issues to the Hypercare team and keep clinic teams informed about resolutions.
