VetPartners Graduate Program

Being a part of our Graduate Program is a unique and exciting opportunity. We only take on a small number of graduates into our Program each year, which allows you to receive a tailored and highly supportive early career experience. Our clinical standards VetSuccess platform, has been specifically designed for New and Recent Graduates, intended to support you in your first year of employment.

Beginning your career as a Graduate Veterinarian is an exciting but potentially also daunting time. VetPartners recognize the importance of supporting Graduates in their first years of practice and have a strong structure in place to achieve this.  Graduates are also supported with our unique clinical standards and reflective platform, VetSuccess, designed specifically to help you grow your skills as a veterinarian.

Sitting the NAVEL exam?

Australian and New Zealand university students who sit the NAVLE exam are welcomed to apply for our American and Canadian Graduate Program that is facilitated through our major shareholder National Veterinary Association.
